Loop House Plans Now Available

Plans for Loop House (2,410 sq ft) are now available for purchase from Hometta.

California-based studio Borden Partnership designed Loop House and its accompanying Loop Studio with the intent that the design be 'adaptable to lots of various size, orientation, and site conditions, the house and studio sit as flexible independent pieces.'

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath house provides the option of a guest suite and boasts 'double height formal living and dining spaces as well as a two-story library and gallery.' To incorporate outdoor living, Borden designed 'two decks—one covered and one open to the sky' that protrude into the court to provide extensions of the adjacent spaces.
